Our Story
Document Solutions of the Valley opened its doors in Phoenix in 2015 with a simple idea: local businesses deserve a copier company that answers the phone, gives honest advice and sends a technician who actually knows their equipment.
Too many offices were stuck in confusing contracts, waiting days for service and being sold machines they didn’t need. We set out to do it differently — to be the kind of company we’d want to buy from ourselves. That meant straightforward pricing, equipment sized to how our customers really work, and a team that stays with you long after the machine is installed.
Word got around. One office referred another, and law firms, medical practices, schools, contractors and small businesses across the Valley began trusting us with the equipment that keeps their doors open. Along the way we built our lineup around brands we believe in — Ricoh and Toshiba for office multifunction printers and Canon imagePROGRAF for wide-format printing — and created our own in-house leasing program so customers could get flexible terms without going through a big bank.
As we grew, we expanded to El Paso, Texas, bringing the same local, hands-on service to businesses there. Today we’re proud to serve both communities — and the promise we started with hasn’t changed.
